Made to order, and stood behind. Here's exactly how we handle returns, refunds, and anything that arrives less than perfect.
Made to order
Every Kataylo piece is printed on demand and made fresh for your order — nothing sits in a warehouse. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or the wrong size ordered. Please check the size guide on each product page before you order.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we'll make it right at no cost to you. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer. There's no need to ship the original item back.
Wrong or missing items
If you receive the wrong item, or something is missing from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll correct it right away.
